Around 10:00 AM, pick up the hotel and proceed for sightseeing tour of Fort Cochin and Mattancherry.
In Fort Cochin, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica and Chinese fishing nets at the beach are the main attractions. Walk through the “Heritage Zone”; the Fort Cochin area, where the Portuguese settled in the 16th century.
In Mattancherry, visit the Palace of the Raja (Dutch Palace) and the Jewish Synagogue. Also the Jew Street; the area around the Synagogue which is a centre of spice trade and curio shops.
Around 13:00hrs, drive back to the hotel.
